On the ground floor are two of the three bedrooms, both super-king rooms (which can be made into zip and link if requested at time of booking) and there is also a downstairs WC.

On the first floor is a super-king bedroom with an en-suite with a shower and WC. There is also a family bathroom with a bath, separate shower and WC.

To the side of the barn is a patio area and a charcoal BBQ to dine alfresco on the lovely warm evenings while watching the sunsets.

There is farmland where you are free to roam or take your four-legged friends for a walk.

There is also a games room that is shared with the other two cottages. Spend the rainy days having fun playing on the table football, pool table and basketball arcade game.

There’s a washing area for wetsuits, muddy boots, and dogs, plus a shed is also provided to store surfboards and push bikes.

This lovingly converted two-storey barn has been furnished to a high standard and offers open-plan accommodation perfect for a relaxing getaway. Although nestled in the countryside, the property is only 3 miles from the Victorian fishing town of Ilfracombe. Take one of the boat trips over to Lundy island and spot the puffins or go on a fishing trip along the stunning coastline where you will see lots of sea wildlife. Woolacombe is only 5 miles away and has 3 miles of sandy beach and is excellent for families and surfers. Only 9 miles away is the famous Exmoor National Park with its dramatic moorland, woodland walks and wildlife such as the Exmoor ponies. The cottage is also close to a clay pigeon shooting ground for a wonderful day out.
